Hawkins Windage Dot Drill

$1.00

[Targets #1 & 2]. It’s best to shoot this in zero or low wind conditions.

Line up target #1 on top of target #2 and then staple both targets to a target board at 100 yards. Shoot one shot per per dot (check your zero), add the designated windage hold and shoot another shot. Repeat 4x wind holds per dot. After shooting the 4 wind hold’s per dot (36x holds, 9x zero checks), remove both targets from the target board and look at target #2 to determine how well you are holding or dialing your wind hold shots. A typical PRS shooter will successfully shoot 30-36 wind holds, clipping the circles at 100 yards.
