OnTarget DOE #47 25x .2Mil 50y
Perfect for checking the accuracy of each lot of rimfire ammo… This target provides 25 targets, a 1.5” x 1.5” square for each bulls eye to shoot one shot at and then aggregate your group with OnTarget TDS.
This target is compatible with the OnTarget software. The OnTarget software is capable of scanning 8.5x11 targets and combining 1 shot per bull into a single group with measured Max Center to Center distance, Mean Radius, Radius Standard Deviation. There are lots of advantages to measuring your rifles accuracy with this process.
-When the software works it magical.
5 rows and 5 columns of targets for 25 shots (one shot per target). When used at 50 yards the center open dot is .08 Mil and my NF Mil XT reticle center dot covers it just enough to see a white halo around it. The blue target is .40 Mil and fits between the gap of the two horizontal and vertical stadia lines.
There are additional fields to fill out to assist in documenting your Test Info, Cartridge Info, Group Size, Velocity, and Barrel Round Count
-With this target you will be able to discern which test groups are shooting better by calculating an “Encompassing Cone of Fire”
The Encompassing Cone of Fire (ECF) is the best measurement of a rifle’s (or rifle-system, when you include the shooter), ability to shoot precision groups. This measurement can be used to predict where 95% of your shots will likely go.
*Digital Download will not include The Avid Shooter water mark on target. Targets MIUST be printed in color.
